Thank God that He send Pastor Phil at the correct time...my faith level went down to -tve when i collected my result...hard to believe again...but Pastor Phil preached an awesome message on sat...my faith level is filled again..once again...having faith to believe that God will do a miracle again...He brought me to this place and He will not crash me wherever He brings His people...Make a point that i will not based on my feeling to judge my circumstance but going back to the word of truth again...After service...Kelvin,Shyang Zhi,Lokies,Sara and I spend some time to fellowship in church...Always love the feeling being together with the cg members...just sat down and relax...chit chatting..learnt alot of surprises in Shyang Zhi and Sara's life...

Had a combined cg at West coast park...met some people to have breakfast together...the whole game was super tiring...we really explore the whole of west coast...some places we were like"huh? got this place meh?"...but overall...had a very fun time together...This was my first time that Lokies chiong all the way...I guess it was the ben & jerry ice cream vouchers motivate him...OPPS..HAHA...really glad to see pei ying and ricson to join us..gonna meet them again on tuesday...they really walk the entire west coast with us and ricson help us alot when looking for the clue..had some fellowship at je KFC till 4 and we left for home...had dinner and fell asleep at 8...8 U KNOW!!!man..i must be very tired...

Disappointed

Just got back my result...was shocked...mixed feelings...dont know should i be happy or disappointed...but i had the disappointed feeling more than the happy ones...scored quite well for 2 subjects out of the 4...but failed the other 2...it score was like heaven and earth..that much different...i failed my human resource again....i just wrote my appeal letter and really hope for the best...if i failed HR again...then that it man..i am out of SIM...not that i dont want to study but kicked out my the school...i really dunno y i failed that subject...although the question was tough, i could answer them...felt that i have wasted my parents' $$...i am just wondering do hardwork really pays off? quite discouraged right now...:(

Finally, my first week of holiday...WAITED FOR U FOR A LONG LONG TIME AND FINALLY U ARE HERE!!haha...sorry...just missed my holidays...ok...too emotional..LOL...

Anw...finally back to post after 1 full month...haha...February has been a challenging month for me...beacuse of the SIM..i study for the exam for the longest time ever...(including their CA)...has been discussing with a friend about how SIM stretch our capacity in studies...but thank God for his wisdom, strength and many more...(since when can u stop giving thanks to God)haha...Has been setting goals for myself for the next semester already...I GONNA MAKE MORE FRIENDS!!!should not just hand out with just a few friends...Thank God for the friends i have...but i want to reach out to more...and also must put studies as the second priority right now...daddy and mummy has been putting high hopes on me...man..i not gonna disappoint them..so do my grandparents...will share more with my grandparents later...haha...

SO...march is here...alot of new things coming out...woo...excited...finally..i am attending voical lesson..not gonna be passive for the dream i had..finally...attended voical lesson at hai die(musicforest)...the teachers there were very friendly...my very first lesson was on last tue...learned ALOT of new things...the lesson was on breathing...it is important to breathe correctly...had some exercise on breathing part...thank God for carol...really..she was the 1st person to teach me how to breathe(correctly)...so i picked up the skill quite easily..but when it comes to "hissing and ahs"...man...i am still learning how to control...i had cramps after i did all the practise...it feels like it has been years i had activate the part in the body...since after the class...everyday i have been practising..(practice makes perfect?)for at least 1hr a day...proud of myself...LOL...i am gonna learn as much as i can...make some new friends in the class...quite shy(afterall it is our 1st time meeting)...

I had been going back to my grandparents' place to have lunch...has been fellowshipping with them quite awhile...i just feel relax whenever i go to my ah ma's place...talk to them..had alot of fun...what touches me the most was last wed...as usual i went back to have lunch...what touches me the MOST was the bought a roasted duck just for me...REALLY..they didnt even did that to anyone in the family...my ah ma was saying that ah gong bought the roasted duck just for u..they bought my favourite food!!tears in my eyes..i thank them...due to some past years and complicated background i had with my grandparents...always i wanted to salvage the relationship between me and them...man..to the people out there..plz...treasure your grandparents...come on...the days are already numbered..treasure them...dont wait till one it is too late...before jay chou song 听妈妈的话 was written, 阿嬤的話(ah ma de hua) had already been written..heard someone sing on thursday...memory of my grandparents flash pass me...starts missing them already...i going back on sunday!

Had movie with Lokies,kelvin,cynthia and her members..the movie was The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep...man..it was a great movie...it has been sometime since i went to the cinema..not update on moives..although there is no scary part..but i did cover my eyes when that boy was trying to find out the water horse...felt the story was quite touching...great movie though too draggy...4 stars!!

Has been slacking for the point i reached home till now...listening some songs...shiok!haha...got to catch some sleep now...tml service...FINALLY, i am join my CG FOR SERVICE!!ok..gtg now...

Hey...finally...i am back to blogging after sooooo many weeks...So busy with my assignment....this was my 1st time ever to sit in front of my lappy for straight 28hrs and consecutive no sleep for 3 days...man,i have broken my own record...definitely had some bonding with my laptop...after a straight 28hrs in front of the laptop..i finally learned what my mum said about the American timing i had...i could not slp well last night and left very sleepy in the morning..Gonna ask God to adjust back my timing...So after all...i really thank God for great friends around eps...Chang cun,jerome and Jeff...they really helped me alot for the project work...w/o them..surely i cnt finish..and most importantly i thank God for divine strength i had...So all praise to You!!THX

Anw...so today is the 1st day of chinese new year...went to visit some of my relatives from my dad's side...quite a boring 1 i could say...except visiting my babysitting...she was like...grow so much in age...abt 40+ this year...so touched when i first saw her..is like going back to those old days when i was abt 3-5yrs...went to play with her mahjong...chit chat for awhile and did some chit-chatting with some of my playmates...they really have grown up lots...love them...

Got to get some sleep now...gonna have a long day tml...

Finally....1 more day to friday...CELL GROUP...dunno jux why am i so eager to go...dun get me wrong...i do get excited for every cell group meeting..but this week..the feeling is like so strange...It is a place where i can seek Him with my fellow cell group members...It is also a time where i can throw all burden into God's hand and chill out with my friends...YEAH!Another stay over...This time is Aryon&Belle's place...1st ever to stay at their place...Well,i have already planned what to do..finish my project (which due on this sat) then join the rest...

I am so looking forward to cell group...things have been moving very fast lately...it is like no time at all...Whenever my mind is thinking this way...i always remember what luozhixiang says:shi jian ji yi ji jiu you le...(direct translation: just by squeezing some of your time, you have more time)..Just like the way he says...so funny...haha...

well...for most of us...our body and soul always wore out by the middle of the week...just dunno why..(got to pray in this area)...thoughts will go through my mind everyday during the jounery back home...dunno how to describe the feeling...it is a ARGH feeling..LOL...
Oh well,got to go back to do my assignment...

New Beginings

Decided to blog today...as i know i would'nt have time to blog during the weekdays...Had a very good week...Finally..the 1st cg meeting of the year...had cg at my place..well,it is the place of begining...this is the place where my parents' cg grow and multiply..it is also the place where W363 begins, grow and multiply...now we are back in the same place and yes...we will see our new cg grow and multiply in the of Jesus...amen?haha..The cg was awesome...we have a full attendance for the cg..what a good way to start the cg...had some visitors from korea to visit and learn how cg meeting are conducted...the koreans are wonderful people..we had fun interacting with other another although there is some problem with communication in terms of language...they are really very good in esteeming one another...the koreans took my handphone as it is sony ericsson(man..they love sony's stuff..no idea to it)..so they saw this wallpaper of mine...it is a picture of luozhixiang...and guess what they said..."wah..u love self-pictures huh..."i was like huh?it is a picture of luozhixiang...and i told them them it was him not me...and guess what they say.."u look like him"...man..they really make my day man....at that point,i was like flying up to the space and revolve the earth 50rounds..IT MAKES MY DAY!!!!there are 2 lady korean said i look handsome...i was so shy that i only could continually bowing my heads and said thank you...they also said lokies looks like rain(korean superstar)..man...they are can make our day...
During praise and worship,although they only can understand abit of english,their attitude towards God was very humble...so on fire with God...on that the day..i catch something from them...although we come from different backgrounds, we still love the same Abba,Father...REALLY TOUCHED!!

We celebrated lokies birthday and stay overnight at my place...while they were playing computer games like dota..i continued my assignment...i ask them to watch pink panther without me..but kelvin said that we must watch together...so they were waiting for me..TOUCHED!!..so i went to the living room to complete my assignment...ayron helped me on my work..thx ayron...went back to my bedroom to see kelvin was playing dota,shyang zhi playing psp, lokies and my brother were sleeping...teached kelvin and ayron how to buy weapons for their hero in dota...at about 7am..i had knockout...

Today's service was super ultra good...learn alot of facts of forgiveness...it is really a excellent sermon for the start of 2008...just loves to go back to church...it is my second home..if u wanna know what pastor Tan had preached today...u could go to www.chc.org.sg to check out...

So after service...we went for this outreach event which is called the HI WEST...did alot of stun...details can look at belle's blog...ran like crazy,shoot basketball like madperson...so we went back to church to report...when we reached...we saw some of the teams were already there...so pass the scoresheet...i peeped and saw the points...counted the score in my mind..thinking we had the third prize...so during the prize presentation...the third was not us...turning to lokies with a disappointed looks...so when the second team was announced...it was actually our team...I HAD THIS VERY SHOCKED AND SURPRISE look on my face...guess only w363 knows my reaction...with honor..i went to cllect the prize...second prize..~woo~..i think our cg is the best team...alot of people sacrificing for the game..esp sara walking barefooted...*Salute*enjoyed myself...looking forward to this week cg...people get ready for revival...

FINALLY...I AM BACK!!

After so much weeks..i am back to blog...as u guys can see...my blog has grown so many unwanted weeds till crickets went chirping and frogs go rabbitting...need to be back to blog..haha

Decided not to blog for so long is because i want to take a break of what i had for the year 2007...jux feel that after such a intense year for me i ought to have some good rest...indeed..i am back recharged...didnt blog for the 1 week since after new year just for me to prepare my 2008...has been seeking God what should i live in 2008...must have the attitude of seeking God first...has been planning my goals..so my focus of this year is to seek and trust in Him...i have not fully committed my life to do it...but this year..a strong urge to seek and to trust in Him...

well,started sch about 2 weeks ago...having a different attitude towards studying now...i started to take down notes which i have not since the start of my course...My friends were shocked to see me taking notes...This shows something...i am making changes since the 1st day of sch...and till now..i am still taking...some friends did encourage me while some did try to pull me down...To those who are trying to pull me down..try hard and hope u will pass the exam...LOL..

So it is just brief start of my blog...will update soon...need to go back to study...
To those who are studying...just want to tell you that..u are not alone...continue to shine..jiayou..to those who are enjoying..treasure your time^^

Back to blog...has been a long time since i blog..FINALLY i had finished my sub papers...dunno whether will i do well but...i have done my best...
series of event happening in just past 1 week ago...since the day i recieved my result...i knew sth is gonna happen to me...actually i planned to go for Luo Zhi Xiang autograph session on the 14 dec..wanted to go as i didnt have a chance for him to autograph on my album since the 3rd album till now...however i got BREAKAWAY youth camp on that day too...So struggle abit..and decided to go for the camp as i know and expecting sth different is gonna happen...i know i will have alot of opportunity to meet luo zhi xiang in the years to come(LOL)but not for BREAKAWAY youth camp...i was looking forward to youth camp...Wanted to be the best male camper in the camp...that was what i aiming for when i go for the camp...Things started to go haywire...i didnt do well for my semester exam...what hurts me was not i did badly for the exam but knowing that i was banned to go for the camp...It was like my dream has been robbed away...feeling down and depress through out the week..This is my first time facing parent objection...My parents are always(and still) opened minded...i was shock when they told me not to go for the camp...did some studying during the week but i cnt retain the information...OH MAN...MISSED OUT ALOT!!! for the camp...haix..

Things started to go back in place when Pst Kong started to preach...My faith tank was filled up till 100%...i like what pst said..."If u have nth good to say...SHUT UP!!Words have power...It bring Life or death" and it is really true...If sth -tve is gonna flow out from my mouth...i will tell myself shut up...I rather shut myself than God shutting my mouth just like Zacharias...I am impacted by pst's sermon..i was very touched by it...At that point...my feeling was like a worn out knight returning to God to be refilled after a battle...

After service...went to fellowship for awhile...and kelvin shared some words of encouragement to us...i was quite blessed by it...heb 12:1....it says that" we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witness...."We are actually surrounded by so great a cloud of witness who are our heroes of faith...people like Abraham,Issac,Mosses,king David and many more is cheering us on...circumstances may go against us...odds may stack against but remember...all our heroes of faith are cheering us on,shouting"JIA YOU!JIA YOU!DUN GIVE UP!"Bearing this in mind...i went home to study...

Mon-Wed was my exam...finally finished my exam..well..i frankly say...the papers are tough..hard to chew(LOL)..one of the most difficult exam i have sat...but i have DONE my best...having no regrets at all...Faith and Fear really do collide...have to asking myself to shut does -tve comments...warfare man...not jux up in the mind...After my 1st paper..i fall sick...feeling terrible...having a temperature of 38.9 degree Celsius..high fever..plus flu+sorethroat(a nasty one)+ ulcers in my mouth..PAIN!!was struggling but was comforted...Really thx God for all his provision for me...He is my great almighty God...PTL

Even of my exam stuff...man..the weather is really cold man..people are falling sick everywhere...PLS do take care of urself...(speaking to myself)lets hope that Singapore will have her 1st snow day...haha..

Well..gonna stop here now...(turning towards my PSP haha)Christmas is coming...it is not just a season of giving and recieving but Christ...

Overnight

jux really woke up now...had an overnight stay at my house with kelvin,lokies,jin hong,ayron and shyang zhi...played PS2 and PSP during the overnight...prayed for awhile at abt 4+am...WOW...it has been some time since i prayed so early in the morning..den went to have an EARLY breakfast...for no reason...i was very hungry...after eating fried noodles and chi chong fan(anw dunno how to spell LOL)...i am STILL hungry...but i didnt order other food like prata because i was told not to eat too much on the breakfast....after our breakfast...we went back to mu house to slp...ayron and lokies slept very soon they reached my hse..i had my turn after i transfer some files from lokies mp3...jux before i turn in...i saw kelvin and shyang zhi playing psp...i was like..WOW..they still had the energy to play...esp shyang zhi...before i slp i saw him playing..after i woke up he is still playing...i asked him whether he had slept..he told me yes...*DOTS*...jux realize that alot of ppl are getting addicted to PSP...HAHA...

It has been raining for the past abt 1week...and is very cold lah...i missed the sun man....but the weather is getting better...it is not raining now...but my room is like i had switch on air-con..2 MORE DAYS TO CAMP!!!!Looking forward to camp...Let's hope that it will be a good weather during the camp...i dun wan the rain to dampen the spirit...

Oh well...i am still sleepy though...the weather is jux right to sleep...i going back to sleep while waiting for josh's call...so that's all folks...going back to slp..tata...

FIRST DAY!!!FIRST POST!!EVERYTHING ALSO FIRST!!

SORRY for all the delays of the posts,WELL, just ended celebration for the new blog..

invited some of best singers like Andy Lau , 周华健+ some other popular singers from 20th century-21st century..(they dun wan me mentioning their names to pubicize for them),invited some best host in the entertainment world like wu zhong xian, fei ge and ect,some of the hip hop dancer came too..MOST IMPORTANTLY...invited Luo zhi xiang to be my special guest!That is the main thing of the event man..He sing and dance all his songs from the 1st to the recent album...the whole event was a successful one...pop some champagnes(well,abt 10 of it)..then had some yum seng...had some fireworks...GREAT SUCCESS!!

OK!lets get back to real life....ya...this is Joel...starting his 1st blog in 17yrs of his life...LOLs..i was impacted my Lokies blog so decided to start my own blog to write down how i feel and the encounters with Him.

IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS RAINING NON-STOP!!!!Omg...i miss the sunshine man....the service today was FABULOUS!!! I was touched by the massage...but the MAIN thing is at the end of the service. We were challaged to give more in the building fund..yes i did pledge a sum of money but today i gave sth more for the building fund...i was convicted by the massage...i emptied my wallet and pockets gave all that i have into the envelope...as i walk back to my seats after i put my envelope at the stage...God reminded me during the days of Mosses...In the days of Mosses..people kept coming forward to give their sacrifices..just the same way how our church has give..and the spirit man said if that happen to Mosses likewise God can do it way more for our church....as i began to worship..sth different between today and the day i pledge...the day i pledge i sense sacrifice..today i sense even more...in my spirit i smell a sense of sweet-aroma...i was sure that there wasnt food around and a sweet-aroma i have smell...God reminded me that He will build His own house if we sacrifice....got touched by God...the service ended with me with pocket's empty but full in the heart...PTL...

Well...i think i had enter much enough...going back to seek after His face....will update soon...
